ChartPulseHQ is an educational tool that displays public market data. It is not a trading platform. We do not execute trades, hold funds, offer accounts, or provide access to any exchange or market.
2. Not financial advice
Everything on this site — charts, indicators, strike lines, pattern callouts, and paper-trading displays — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing here is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or contract. ChartPulseHQ is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and using this site creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.
3. Age requirement — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site. By using ChartPulseHQ you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Risk of loss
Trading and prediction-market contracts involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital. Past price patterns and past performance do not predict future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Any decision you make is yours alone; consider consulting a licensed financial professional before acting.
5. Data and accuracy
Market data comes from third-party sources, including Coinbase, Kraken, and Bitstamp, and reference values published by Kalshi and Polymarket. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Composite prices are computed from those sources. A strike line labeled "official" reflects the reference value published by the venue as received by our feed; a Polymarket line marked with an asterisk is an estimate computed at the window open, as noted on the chart. Delay readouts measure the age of the newest trade against your own device clock and are approximations. Verify important figures with the venue before acting.
6. Pattern callouts
Automated pattern annotations are educational illustrations produced by software. They can be wrong, and they are not trade signals or trade calls.
7. Paper Lab — simulated trading
The Paper Lab displays simulated paper trading with hypothetical funds. Simulated results have inherent limitations, do not represent actual trading, and do not reflect real market conditions such as liquidity, fees, or slippage. No representation is made that any simulated account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
8. No affiliation
ChartPulseHQ is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kalshi, Polymarket, Coinbase, Kraken, or Bitstamp. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify data sources.
9. Availability and your local law
We do not direct this site to any jurisdiction where its content, or the markets it displays, are prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including rules governing prediction-market access.
10. Provided "as is"; limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartPulseHQ and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its data.
11. Intellectual property
The site's design, branding, and original content belong to ChartPulseHQ. You may not republish its feeds, callouts, or displays as a signal, advisory, or other commercial service without written permission.
12. Privacy in brief
ChartPulseHQ has no user accounts and does not ask for personal information. Chart settings are stored locally on your own device, in your browser's local storage, and are not transmitted to us. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
